I’m Back! And the UFOs are moving!

Hello everyone! It’s been a long time since I updated this space, but my 2026 UFO Goal finally brought me back.

While I’ve been sharing quick snippets on Instagram, I wanted to show a bit more of the progress on my "Plum Jam"quilt. I’ve just finished joining Row 3! Seeing the Liberty florals framed by that sunny yellow sashing on the design wall is so rewarding—we are officially halfway there!

I’ve also been dipping into Carolyn Forster’s new Chicken Scratch Embroidery book. As a long-time gingham collector, I’m feeling very inspired... but I’ve promised myself: no new starts until the Plum Jam is done!

It feels good to be back. Thanks for following along!

Happy stitching, Nat ❤️

his post was very touching and meaningful. I really liked how the quilt is presented as more than just a handmade item—it becomes a collection of memories, emotions, and personal stories. Each piece carries its own significance, and together they form something deeply personal and special. The reflections in the article make it easy to connect with the idea of preserving memories through creativity. Like the way users on 99exchange enjoy experiences that stay memorable over time, this quilt also represents moments that are carefully preserved and remembered. Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt story.
