It's all to do with Isabella

Part of Isabell's flower basket quilt. The fabrics used are from the 30s. with bright prints of small flowers and baby animals on them.

Only the binding and label to be put on before it is completed. I will be working on it in the next 2 weeks. I am very happy with it. Not only a baby quilt, it is a quilt for a young girls.

This one is a quick quilt I made for the baby to use on the floor. You could see that this quilt was meant for a baby boy, but with an addition border of some pink teddy bears prints on them, it should be ok for any baby.

This is the white dress I bought the day Isabella was born. I appliqued the red strawberry on the yoke and added two little heart buttons on the pockets. It looks good to eat.

Yes, the quilt is really pretty just right for a little girl. I have to put the binding and label on yet. The floor quilt was funny one. I thought the baby would be a boy so made everything all blue excepts the outter border which I added on when I new that she is a girl!!!

Looks great, although I don't understand the concept of a "quick quilt" - didn't think they existed!!
