Turn Passion into Life

After returning from my first trip to Japan in 2010. I was rambling about Japan here for  a long time. My friend Kaite said "you should take a tour to Japan". She also said "you turn passion into life". She was so right and she planted a seed in my head about taking a tour to Japan ever since.

As you know I went back to Japan earlier this year. While I was there the seed that Kaite planted sprouted (it must be indigo seed!). I met Bryan the owner of the Japanese Textile Workshops. From that meeting we agreed to join forces and offer the tour Japanese Textile Study Tour in Spring, 2012. I won't bother you with all the tour details here, instead I've set up a tour blog called Japanese Textile Study Tour. The tour brochure is also being launched today as well. If you want to know more please visit the blog by clicking on the link above or the tour banner below:

This is a unique one-of-a-kind tour. There are only 10 places in the tour and 3 are already taken so if you are interested don't hesitate to contact me, or leave me a comment with a valid email address, and I will get back to you...!

hey Nat i'm so pleased you are living this passion, i'm sure it will be a wonderful tour but such a shame i can't join you as i have domestic responsibilities here. I would otherwise. You have a great time planning it all.

Good luck in your new venture Nat. The tour looks wonderful, but sadly, by the time I add on the fares from the UK it's totally out of my price range. Mind you, if I win the lottery ...

I've been trying to figure out how I can finance the trip, but barring robbing a bank think I'm stuck. It sounds absolutely wonderful, I'll be following your progress.
