Valentines Day

Today I had a workshop on hand applique with a Valentines Day theme. Lynda had a private lesson because Lynette was unwell to attend. February is a month of Valentines so we have chosen Valentines theme by wearing anything with hearts. Lynda had this black outfit with bold red heart with the world San Fransisco on it. I had a few heart badges on my pink t-shirt

Blue hearts quilt in progress. I started this project when I lived in Bathurst, NSW over 5 years ago. It was packed away with all my other UFOs. I have just found the cutest fabric for the border. It is a soft blue with small cream prints of flowers and leafs and kangaroos all over.

You've come to the right place for quilting tips and tricks. I really enjoyed our session together too and I now finished my blue hearts quilt because of that!!! You can put them together when I teach Lynette at the next SBOV.
