Copenhagen

It's our first visit to this part of the world. We have heard a lot about Copenhagen from friends and colleagues who visited it. We decided to give museums a break after visiting so many of them in Amsterdam. Being Autumn here we thought we would spent time visiting parks and other interesting places instead of museums. Shop fronts are in full swing with Christmas decorations so we had a good look at those too. 

We took a bus across Oresund Bridge to Malmo, Sweden for a day as well. Malmo old town was very charming. Some old heritage buildings and churches are spread around the old town. I'm glad we made the trip. 

The rest of our time was spent in Copenhagen sightseeing.

SAS has now taken us to Hamburg!

We are now in Munich until the end of the week. We did have a few days in Ellerdorf with dear Susi and Anton, but will tell you about that in my next post.

We are having a nice visit to the Bavarian countryside and the surrounding alpine mountains. We will spend the next couple of days around the city center and museums. Don't miss the next post about our time in Ellerdorf and Munich.
